First Nations Philanthropy Award Winner 2024

We are truly humbled to have been nominated for two awards at this year's Australian Philanthropy Award Showcase, and to take home the First Nations Philanthropy Award for our contribution to the Western Australian Relief and Recovery Fund. It’s a great honour and privilege to have partnered with the Fremantle Foundation, along with the Paul Ramsay Foundation, where we were able to see over $380,000 dispersed across 11 grants.

As Chairman of the Bibbulmun Fund, I am proud to have received this national award which is a testament to the growing ecosystem of Aboriginal philanthropy.

Thank you on behalf of the teams behind KULBARDI and Kooya Australia Fleet Solutions for helping us achieve this.

Congratulations Kim. You are truly a deserving candidate of the NAIDOC Male Elder Award 2024. We recognise the depth of consideration and compassion you have for First Nations people on the margins. We admire the substance of the deeply-needed projects you have been supporting. Dr Jane Anderson, written on behalf of the Board, Bidi Koorliny Aboriginal Corporation.
