Sharna Collard is a Balladong-Whadjuk woman of the Noongar Nation and the CEO of Kooya. Kooya is Australia’s first and largest Aboriginal-owned Fleet, Finance and Salary Packaging Company. Kooya provides bespoke leasing, rental, fleet management and salary packaging products across Australia for all types of environments.

 

Sharna has worked comprehensively in the Aboriginal business Sector and is a director of the Noongar Chamber of Commerce and Industry (NCCI). Sharna has a strong passion for working with Aboriginal women and broader Aboriginal people/communities who have the desire to establish their own businesses.

 

Sharna has won two awards at the Supply Nation Supplier Diversity awards as Young Indigenous Entrepreneur of the Year 2018 and Indigenous Businesswoman of the Year 2019.
